Our village-hopping experience starts at the quaint village of Lefkes, which lies 250 meters above sea level in the middle of the island. Βuilt in amphitheater shape with the houses perched at the hill’s slopes, Lefkes is one of Paros’ most beautiful villages. It was the first capital of Paros and nowadays is considered the most well-preserved settlement on the island. Your destination angel will guide you through the village’s cobblestone alleys, the marble central road and the main square, one of the most beautiful in the Cyclades. Our final stop in Lefkes will be at the church of Agia Triada, which proudly stands on top of the hill.

 

On the way back down, you’ll get the chance to stroll through narrow alleyways and whitewashed houses, and revel in countryside views at Kostos village -or the “Paros balcony” as locals affectionately call it-, home to the church of Saint Panteleimon, the protector Saint of the village, and several other charming churches.
